Our physicians at Deerwood Women’s Health and Wellness are well versed in managing high risk pregnancies including: hypertension, history of preeclampsia, pre-gestational diabetes types 1 and 2, gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, history of post-partum hemorrhage, clotting disorders, history of bariatric surgery, tobacco use, depression/anxiety during pregnancy, and a variety of other complications.

We are fortunate to have an excellent NICU as well as a maternal fetal medicine specialist readily available for assistance as required. We also have capability of antenatal fetal surveillance in the office. It is important to relay any high risk condition to our staff upon your first appointment so that we can ensure all resources are available to meet the needs of your pregnancy.
